Nirmala
Nirmala was born and educated in India, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and a Bachelor’s in Education. After moving to the U.S., she received her Texas Teacher Certification and taught in Frisco ISD for two years.
She later completed her Montessori certification for the Primary age group (3–6) and has spent the last 14 years as a Lead Primary Teacher.
Nirmala is passionate about early childhood education and says, “I can’t imagine myself doing anything else. As an early childhood educator, I believe part of them always belongs to me.”
In her free time, she enjoys gardening and organizing.

Sindhu
Originally from Bangalore, India, Sindhu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and her AMS Montessori Certification with over 4 years of experience in the Montessori classroom.
Sindhu is passionate about working with children and believes in creating a nurturing and engaging environment where young learners can thrive. Her love for teaching stems from her desire to support children in their early developmental years and provide them with a strong foundation for the future.
Sindhu has two children of her own and outside of work enjoys spending time with her loving family.

Marlen
Born in Fort Worth, Texas, Ms. Marlen has called Lewisville home since 2008. She began her career in early childhood education in 2019 and has since gained experience working with children of all ages—from infants to primary students.
She earned her infant and toddler AMS Montessori certification through the Dallas Montessori Teacher Education Program, where she found the experience truly inspiring and enriching.
What Ms. Marlen loves most about teaching is building meaningful connections with her students. She finds great joy in guiding them toward independence, helping them overcome challenges, and witnessing the excitement on their faces when they discover something new.
Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her husband, and their playful puppy, Enzo. Together they love going on walks, camping, cooking, and spending time with family.

Celene
Originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, Celene moved to San Francisco, California, at the age of five. In 2003, her family relocated to Texas, where she graduated from Plano East Senior High. Celene brings twenty years of experience to her role as a Montessori educator.
She earned her Primary Montessori Teacher Certification in 2010 and went on to assist at the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) workshop in Fort Worth, Texas, in 2012. She further expanded her expertise by becoming a Certified Positive Discipline Educator in 2015 under the mentorship of Chip Delorenzo, co-author of Positive Discipline in the Montessori Classroom.
Throughout her career, Celene has worked with children ages 2 to 9. Her approach to teaching focuses on creating a nurturing, respectful, and engaging environment that supports each child’s unique developmental journey.
Mrs. Celene has been happily married for 14 years and is the proud mother of three children. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, riding horses, feeding the cows, playing volleyball, and attending church every Sunday.

Latoya
Latoya moved to the United States from Jamaica at the age of 15. She holds an Associate Degree in Child Development, along with certifications in Montessori Environmental Practices, Patient Care Technology, and as a Parent, Infant, and Child Facilitator (PICC).
With 30 years of experience as an infant teacher, Latoya has also worked with toddlers and pre-kindergarten children for two years each. She is deeply passionate about ensuring that babies feel secure, comfortable, and loved, and takes great joy in encouraging important milestones such as tummy time, first words, and fine motor skills development.
Latoya understands the vital role that trust and attachment play in the first year of life and is dedicated to helping infants feel calm and cared for through predictable daily rhythms, always advocating for the infant’s voice.
Latoya has three children of her own and in her free time, she enjoys reading and watching crime television shows.

Gabby
Ms. Gabby is originally from Carrollton, Texas, and has proudly called Plano home for nearly five years. She has been teaching young children for almost a decade and has experience working with students ranging from toddlers through age five. She began her Montessori certification in April 2025 and is currently working toward completing her credential.
With a deep passion for early childhood education, Ms. Gabby loves building meaningful relationships with her students and values the impact she can make during their formative early years. She believes in creating a warm, supportive classroom environment where children feel confident, capable, and excited to learn.
Outside of the classroom, she enjoys working out and spending time with her family. She also loves cheering on the Texas Rangers and attending country concerts with her fiancé.

Chitra
Chitra is originally from the southern part of India and holds a degree in Biology from Madras Christian College. With three years of experience in childcare, Chitra has worked with children ranging from infancy to six years old, including one year in a Montessori setting.
Her passion lies in creating and implementing engaging, hands-on lesson plans that align with Montessori principles, fostering not only children’s cognitive and social development but also their emotional growth.
In addition to her professional expertise, Chitra is an avid enthusiast of creative arts. Her hobbies include baking, cooking, gardening, crocheting, and a variety of painting techniques, including glass, modern art, and canvas.

Debasmita
Debasmita is originally from India where she earned her Master’s degree in English and a Bachelor’s degree in Education. Debasmita began her career in childcare in 2021, working with toddlers and bringing a strong passion for early childhood development and education.
Her approach to teaching is inspired by her academic background, blending language, communication, and educational methodologies to foster a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners. She believes in the power of individualized care and learning to support each child’s growth and development.
Outside of her professional life, Debasmita enjoys dance, which she has practiced since childhood, and listening to music.
